Burna Boy’s criminal past revealed : Barred from the UK for 15 years?

This is a report by The NET claiming Burna Boy has a criminal past, a period of his life he would rather not make public knowledge.
We are told on good authority that while in the UK back in 2010, Burna Boy was arrested by London Police for allegedly being part of a gang and stabbing someone to death. He was tried as a minor and sent to jail.
After 11 months, he was released and given two months parole plus community service on the grounds of being of ‘good behaviour’. But Burna is said to have disobeyed authorities and travelled back to Nigeria where he signed a record deal with Aristokrat.
He later travelled back to the UK but was arrested at the airport and deported to Nigeria. He is currently barred from the UK for the next 15 years.

We are told that problem ensued when his debut album ‘L.I.F.E’ dropped in August 2013. Burna Boy wasn’t pleased with the way the label handled the marketing and release of the album.Contrary to reports earlier published, Burna did NOT get a N10m upfront payment for the album. The artiste feels the label should have done better – probably with a high budget album launch, major campaign etc.
‘He can’t be told anything to do, he’s a big boy right now. He won’t just listen anymore, the label are frustrated with his actions’.
Burna has moved out of the house provided for him by the label in Lekki Phase 1 and relocated to house in Chevron Estate also in Lekki, Lagos. He has extricated himself from them and now handles his career with a former label employee who now only answers to him (Burna).

US Senator Ted Cruz apologizes for offensive remark about Nigerians

On Monday Oct. 21st, US Republican Senator Ted Cruz told a rally that Nigerian email scammers have been hired to run the Obamacare website, a comment that a lot of Nigerians found offensive. After being bombarded with several phone calls from Nigerians in Houston and all across the US, the office of Ted Cruz has issued a statement from the Senator apologizing for what he said.

The full statement reads:

    It’s unfortunate that we’re living in a time where just about every joke can be misconstrued to cause offense to someone.
    To the good people of Nigeria – a beautiful nation where my wife lived briefly as the child of missionaries – no offense was intended.
    I am fully appreciative of the range of mutual economic and security interests that make Nigeria an important friend to the United States.
    And even to those few unscrupulous email scammers who were the subject of the joke, I apologize to you for the unfair comparison to the utterly dysfunctional Obamacare website.

Chris Brown arrested for felony assault

Chris Brown has got to take it easy before they lock him up for good. He was arrested this morning for felony assault after attacking a man outside a Washington DC hotel …

Chris Brown was arrested in Washington D.C. this morning for felony assault after allegedly attacking a man outside a hotel … TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ … at around 4:30 AM Brown got into an argument with a man outside the W Hotel on K Street and allegedly punched him once in the face. We’re told the alleged victim never threw a punch.

The alleged victim tells TMZ … he and a friend were hanging out at the W when they saw two woman about to take a picture with Brown. The victim — who says he’s not a Chris Brown fan — says he and his buddy photo bombed the 2 woman and Chris went nuts, punching him in the face and breaking his nose. He went to the hospital and says he may need surgery as early as tomorrow.

Law enforcement sources and the alleged victim tell TMZ … before striking the man, Chris said, “I’m not into this gay s**t, I’m into boxing.” After Chris punched the man, the fight was taken to the ground.

Sources connected with Chris tell TMZ … the alleged victim is full of BS. He was NOT trying to take a pic with Chris … he was trying to get on Chris’ tour bus, and Brown was simply trying to stop a trespass. The sources say before the incident the 2 girls tried to get on the bus but they were stopped, and that’s when the victim and his friend made their move.

Law enforcement sources say Chris did not appear to be under the influence of anything.

Chris and his bodyguard — who was also arrested — will stay in jail today. Under DC law Brown can’t get bail so he’ll appear before a magistrate Monday, and until then he’ll stay behind bars.

The alleged victim tells TMZ he doesn’t understand why Brown was “so homophobic” to hurl such a slur. And get this … the victim says he would have accepted an apology at the scene, but now he will absolutely press charges –and he’s already hired a lawyer.

Brown is still on probation in the Rihanna beating case and this could be grounds for violating his probation — which means he could be sentenced to prison for nearly 4 years … worst case scenario for him.

Kim Kardashian ‘doesn’t qualify’ for Hollywood Walk of Fame, says spokeswoman

During his interview on Jimmy Kimmel last week, Kanye said he doesn’t understand why his reality star baby mama Kim Kardashian doesn’t have a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.

    “I want to shout out to the stars on the Walk of Fame because they said something about they’re not going to put my girl on the Walk of Fame because she’s a reality star. People are so so dated and not modern. There’s no way Kim Kardashian shouldn’t have a star on the Walk of Fame.” Kanye said on Jimmy Kimmel

Well, Kanye now has his answer. According to Ana Martinez, a spokeswoman for the Walk and the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce, Kim doesn’t qualify to receive a star on the legendary sidewalk.

    “We don’t have reality stars on the Walk of Fame. We don’t have a category for it. We’re happy to consider reality stars once they get nominated for, or win, an Emmy, a Grammy, an Oscar. We’ll consider them when they’re legitimate actors or singers. I know he loves her, and it’s all very sweet, but she doesn’t qualify. I hate to say it, but a lot of people just don’t like her. No one has ever nominated her.”
